Remodel 2020

May 10, 2019 - Right after the power company took down the two pine trees that were by the street.

Sunday Nov 24, 2019 - Taking down 3 Maple trees that are going to be in the way

Trees down, half of the brush being hauled away. Getting rid of the rest of the brush is on me.

Monday Nov 25 was mostly 100% chipping and shredding.

Thankfully, Dad had an old, but very reliable chipper. Made pretty quick work of the pile.

Wednesday 11/27 & Thursday 11/28 were all about getting rid of the stumps.

This stump grinder was a beast, and actually very fun to use.

It took me about 1 hour to turn a 32" Maple stump into a 14" hole in the ground.

Cleaning up some old stump in the back yard. It really sucks to have to look at the lake while you are working.

Friday December 13, 2019 - The footers are poured... no turning back now!

Friday December 27, 2019 (Our 39th Anniversary!). Old driveway gone, new (temp) driveway in, huge pile of dirt moved over to my neighbor's yard (Thanks John!).

Friday December 27, 2019 - this is the deck that I built in April, and then removed in November. The deck has been moved to Brandon's house & will get reassembled in the spring. Glad we were able to re-purpose it - much better than having all that go to a landfill.
